Dr. Jason Schwartz earned his PhD in School Psychology at the University of Washington. He recently completed his doctoral internship at University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute specializing in Behavioral Pediatrics and Integrated Care. Jason provides behavioral health services at our Richmond Beach Primary Care, Ballard OBGYN, and for Pediatric Medical Specialty clinics.

Dr. Jennifer Yeh earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Rosemead School of Psychology. She recently completed her doctoral internship at the Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) specializing PCBH. Jennifer provides behavioral health services at our Greenlake Primary Care, Ballard OBGYN, and Sleep clinics.
